The 2 above posts are spot on. Expect the company to send out the bullet points of their offer (only positives as the negatives will be omitted) within the next 3-6 months. This will be their way of trying to divide the pilot group and to get the pilots to put pressure on the NC to take the deal. It would be great for each of us to reach out to the NC in the coming months and let them know that they have our full support as a pilot group, regardless of how long the NMB and Indigo try to strong arm us into a sup-par contract.

From what I'm hearing on the line, the longer this goes, the stronger our resolve grows. They are sorely mistaken if they think we're going to vote yes on "something close to Spirit".
The NC has our full support for as long as this takes.

I think that Ole’ BB is on the chopping block if he walks out of this thing without a deal. With the average cancelation costing F9 nearly 50k, we have their attention. We are launching into winter/holiday season severely understaffed with pilot motivation at an all time low.....
Look at the facts...he is ranting about “wheel barrels of money, he called a meeting with our union, he most likely (unconfirmed) called this meeting with the NMB....something/someone has gotten him motivated. Perhaps I am wrong, but this is just my opinion.

I predict 6 more months of icing. Maybe more. If we appear to be FURTHER apart than we were 6 months ago you might expect the NMB to release us. They won’t. They’ll let us sit longer since being grounded in our rooms for 6 months wasn’t long enough for us to see things “their” way maybe 9 months will do it.
I fully expect meetings to continue once a month or two for quite a while. Until we try to proffer again...
I guess I dont have any reason behind my thoughts aside from we've already been "punished".

We won’t get a deal. Spineless pilots are still showing up for classes over the last year and reserves are not being utilized like they were earlier this year. Keep telling yourself it’s not crossing a picket line and senior capts are picking up the very rare JA stuff.

I'm not being facetious at all, really, but why do you think this will be one meeting, then another 6 to 9 months of icing?

Unfortunately were not understaffed. YET. They fixed part of that problem with the additional spares, decreased block hours, and slow season right after the holidays. Not to mention cancelled vac. Just a few numbers from sept. Res averaged 40 block and sick at a 5 year low. In my estimation where 4-6 months (assuming half classes) from staffing being a real problem. This is why they won't make a offer that can be taken back to the MEC. I really hope I'm wrong on that but I just don't see it. IMO This is all a last ditch effort (while they still have leverage due to NMB) to get us to accept a substandard deal (which won't happen) or gain leverage by dividing the group.

Correct I'm not on reserve but I do have reliable data to the numbers I gave for SEPTEMBER. Again Sick calls at a 5 year low in September and AVERAGE reserve block in the 40's. You can either believe me or not, up to you, but if you figure out who I am I will be unable to post. Im sure you understand that.
