It's a very wide variety. And a surprising number of older guys.

Any updates on time frame from interview to class date start?

Is it still looking like 40% are successful at interviews?

Last week I was surprised with a February interview option (like someone else mentioned the window was announced for Feb 3rd) and I did not have my ATP during the last "window."

Also is the 32 question ATP quiz a pass/fail or will getting a higher score make up for my lack of personality?

I am glad pilots can still have a say in hiring because you my friend are not going to get hired. Does your test score make up for a lack of personality? Really? If people can’t sit with you for a 4 day trip because of your “lack of personality” you are going to have a rough time in this industry.

Pretty sure it was a joke, I thought it was funny.

How many years did we scrape the bottom of the hiring barrel hiring guys with no personality and sub standard flying skills? It wasn’t that funny.

My understanding is that atp is pass /fail. Go home right after if fail it

I figured especially with the odd number of questions...32...

I’ll spend my extra free time rewatching office or maybe Breaking Bad so people like “blue” want to hire me.
