People are picking up too much open time.

Reserves aren't flying at all.

Why wouldn't they slow down hiring and upgrades?

I wonder how long until the newness of the pay wears off and people grow tired of working so much? I’m guessing before the company realizes it we will be short staffed.

Nah....

Gotta be less crews per plane...

It’s likely both, but we won’t see less crews per plane until PBS kicks in.

I'm betting it's sometime this summer.

How long does it typically take to be notified of the results of the interview?

Eh maybe an hour or so after everyone finishes interviewing that day. It’s very nice to learn the results same day.

You want to NOT be in the first group of names they call.

I put my app in with Frontier about two weeks ago haven’t heard anything back from them. Just being patient for now. Anyone else experience the same thing?

FWIW,
6200 TT, 1000+ TPIC (none of it is 121), 2400 SIC Part 121

I have a friend who put in his app almost 2 months ago paired with an internal and he hasn’t heard anything. He’s at about 5500TT 1500ish TPIC
mostly 135. I’m really curious how many apps they have received since January. You may want to look into doing an online job fair through aero crew solutions or attending an in person one. Probably not what you want to hear but that’s what I know.

I think a meet and greet/ job fair is basically a requirement to get an interview.

Consider that at the last meet and greet in Chicago there was around 90 people that attended. They did 10 on site interviews. I’m guessing they offered Denver interviews to at least 60 more. Now consider they do two interviews a week with 10-15 people each. That means they fill 2-4 weeks worth of interview slots with each recruiting event. This includes the meet and greets, NGPA, aero solutions, WIA etc.

So once again. If you want an interview. I highly recommend attending a recruiting event even if it’s the virtual job fair on the 19th.
