Yes, I do. I would like as much information as possible that isn't known by the public.

And you want it posted on APC... sigh.

They were on hold with Mx control and didn't know anything about it.

You’re welcome, happy to help.

In all seriousness...in this instance and any other news story where it’s “airline v. passenger” you have two sides to the story and then what really happened. But many passengers are looking for 15 minutes of fame and/or react poorly in these situations; more often than not the company press release more closely aligns with the truth, hence my cut/paste of the company position.

Hey, I understand. We only have fragments of videos and social media posts by other passengers to rely on. You provided what made the most sense. Media has a way of distorting truth. Sorry for my bit of snarkitude.

The legal term is res ipsa loquitor. It means “the thing speaks for itself.”

Basically, you lose the PR argument at “there was vomit on the seat...”and whatever happens after that point becomes secondary to the fact that customers don’t expect there to be vomit on their assigned seat when they board an airplane.

It’s Customer Service 101, and airlines are a customer service industry.

No way this couldn’t have been better handled.

Well this is good advertisement for future passengers expecting a wonder traveling experience on Frontier:rolleyes:. No?

No apology necessary I’m the self-anointed king of snark/sarcasm...I get where you’re coming from.

Exactamundo. That statement perfectly cuts to the heart of these countless fiascos. Let's hope we IPO soon so we might have a board of directors who will start asking WTF questions of our management when we make the news like this.

Actually the airlines are a “transportation industry”. When you buy a ticket you should expect to get from point A to point B alive. Everything else is just fluff.!

Also - not only did they arrest the woman - they took the 14 yo daughter into child protective custody for the 12 hours she was in jail. You have to really **** of a Vegas airport Cop to make them arrest you. Those guys are “senior mamas” and it’s considered pretty gravy train as far as the Po Po goes.

Nope. Even the United CEO is worried about the sort of damage that adverse PR is going to do to the industry, and the sort of customer protection legislation or FAA rules that might come from it.

If you think this episode does anything but hurt Frontier, then you are greatly mistaken

It doesn’t matter. Technically, Dr. Dao was probably in the right. He wound up with a generous settlement from United anyway:

Frontier lost the battle at “puddle of vomit on seat...”
