was recently in RGS and they stated they are out of "crisis" mode and developing a plan for bringing aircraft back. But also said things change by the hour. Take it for what you want but sounded as positive as can be considering.

The CARES act was the impetus for all of these measures. Otherwise, there would have simply been furloughs. But since the CARES act forbid them, other measures became necessary.

No CARES act, nothing the union would, or could, have done.

I don't think that we need to argue anymore about who to give credit to.

The Gov't handed out the money, and the union negotiated a good deal for us. End of story
