COLA's through 9/30.

I'm sure there will be colas after then, just the unpaid kind.

Unpaid and forced in reverse seniority order.

maybe, maybe not. We will see. We should do well in a recession, a depression probably not so well.

Well aren't we all a bunch of optimists in here. I may be naive, but I think we avoid furloughs and come out growing.

Maybe management is lying, but why wouldn't they threaten furloughs and concessions if that were a reality?

That’s what’s intriguing to me: the unbridled optimism. Almost seems too good to be true. I mean, you would think that if they saw a chance to gut the contract or induce some division in the group that they would be all about the doom and gloom. But, I’ve got to be honest, the last few months have been some of the best leadership I’ve seen yet out of this management group.

Not to be a Debbie downer but as part of accepting CARES act grant money they cannot renegotiate any f9 labor contracts (outside of Loa’s) till October 1. Also, there have been some Legitimate disputes filed recently. I agree with the exceptional leadership coming from management right now.

I think they are just looking at the numbers and realize what an advantage they have now. Just about anyone can see that. The only caveat will be if the passengers come back in time for them to capitalize. Although if it’s true they can ground 85 percent of their fleet for 12 months I imagine that ought to do it. I keep thinking about the DEN gate expansion and F9s decision to not play ball with the high lease prices I assume the airport was asking. Hindsight, It looks like a stroke of genius by F9 management now. Historically industry downturns are where cheap airlines gain the most market share and Franke has been around long enough that he’s seen it all by now, he must feel this downturn will be no different.

That isn't stopping the majority of other airline's management from talking furloughs and concessions

The last few months is is the ONLY leadership you’ve seen from this management group... in fairness, I will give credit where it’s due... they’ve done a nice job to this point

I think you said it pretty accurately there.
