For May I agree. Hopefully the union can negotiate credit caps on the low and high end for a period and at a bare minimum medical for colas. It’s a mess right now but we do seem to be right sizing to the market a bit. A few friends have said their 50/60% loads on average.

let’s all stay healthy and positive. Turn your tv and phone off a few hours a day and get some fresh air (keep your distance of course ). The light always comes back at end of the tunnel
Edit; remember people do actually look up to us. When in uniform try to be nice to people, passenger, gate agents, hotel employees etc etc.. the ripple of that will go a long way

This plus one. Also thinking the company is waiting on the terms of a potential loan before deciding to either keep us all and pay 50 hour lines or send us home.

What is this trash? Yeah, let’s turn against each other. Good call. Thanks to those who participated in the COLA but you don’t know what our guys are dealing with at home (family, medical, whatever). Are you going to ask them in the brief why they opted out of leave?
Coming from someone at the bottom of the list that slung gear for nearly 12 years at a regional due to the recession...

Personally, I didn't take the COLA because it'd stink to take the month of May off without pay when there's a chance I'll have the month off with 50 hours or 75 hours or whatever is bound to be negotiated and/or a stipulation as part of a government bailout.
There are too many unknowns at this point for me to just blindly take the month off without pay no matter how much money I've got in the bank. Do you think those who took the COLA will be grandfathered in if a better deal is reached? Will you speak out against a better deal if those who took the COLA aren't grandfathered?
