For that matter, people get what they pay for. Cheap tickets means cheap service. If you want full service, then pay for it (or fly someone else).

Frontier is genius for offering what eventually becomes acceptable. If it weren’t, they’d lose money and an adjustment would be made. Anytime anyone tells me that my airline sucks, I say “I know, so why are you flying us?”

It usually shuts everyone up at that point.
Why are they flying us? The same reason that some people pay over 600% APR on a payday loan….they have no other choice.

Probably non stop floght vs connecting in a major hub. I get it it's only 2.5 hour flight.

Memo is coming about being "aware of our surroundings" and our conversations..... in 3...2...1....

Or we are the only airline that offers direct service from GRR-Florida. Maybe that’s why they decided to fly Frontier.

Correct. If they were flying to Orlando, F9 is the only one with that pairing as far as I can tell.

I traveled with an elderly parent the last 10 years, and I took care of everything for her, from boarding pass to security. He actually sounds like kind of a crappy son to me. Good luck getting an Uber or Lyft at your destination without a smart phone. The only thing I do agree is that our FA's should zip it in front of customers. But they really don't care. Frontier is the Walmart airline, its not a secret.
It may be a coincidence since there aren’t exactly of a plethora of flights operating from GRR to anywhere in Florida. But it was likely staged because first hand accounts are always more powerful. This is what members of Congress do to make their names stick, they need to make headlines and you can be sure this guy intends to follow-through. I give it 3-1 odds this blows up in the company’s face.

Wait till Mast gets his hands on the bags charges to customers at the gate, and gate agents reaping the rewards!!!! 😂 Charging for bags is fine, but the gate agents commissions?
The gate agents are heading hunting for $$$$$ now!!! 😂

I wonder if we will get some sort of incentive or tip jar on our flights for the pilots... Gate agents get to have all the fun with the bonuses and doubling their income from them
