Not correct maybe those are Alaska’s new rates. 12 year ca is $300 and $312 next year.
The effective rates are what I posted. See the link to the table a few posts back |
Y’all are missing a very important component of their agreement…They have a snap up provision. “Higher of the pay rate in table or average of the AA, UAL, DAL, SWA and ALA”.

A little more info if you are interested. I don't know if they have the snap up clause the above post claimed???

These recent first year pay bumps and bonus programs indicate the company recognizes they’ve got a massive problem. We better be ready to take advantage. |

You’re right, Spirit didn’t get the snap up, B6 did, which will be incorporated with the JCBA. Not that it really matters when United buys us.

I sincerely hope you all blow us out of the water. Do I see that happening anytime soon….ehhhh…. Our best defense for this is we weren’t negotiating a full section 6 , and we got these raises in 3-4 months with a few concessions…. Yes, we conceded ****, FU NC and their followers…. Our best hope is the merger goes through now. For you guys, I hope you concede nothing and gain everything! Good luck.
