Not correct maybe those are Alaska’s new rates. 12 year ca is $300 and $312 next year.

The numbers you quoted there are the rates without the 321 override factored in.

The effective rates are what I posted. See the link to the table a few posts back

Y’all are missing a very important component of their agreement…They have a snap up provision. “Higher of the pay rate in table or average of the AA, UAL, DAL, SWA and ALA”.

You’re right, Spirit didn’t get the snap up, B6 did, which will be incorporated with the JCBA. Not that it really matters when United buys us.

We’ll be lucky if we even come close to spirit check docunet for the latest compensation package

Bull. We decide what compensation package we get. Anything less than JetBlue or Alaska better not even make it to a vote.

These recent first year pay bumps and bonus programs indicate the company recognizes they’ve got a massive problem. We better be ready to take advantage.

If the DOJ has “concerns” about JB buying Spirit they would have a cow about United buying Frontier.

I sincerely hope you all blow us out of the water. Do I see that happening anytime soon….ehhhh…. Our best defense for this is we weren’t negotiating a full section 6 , and we got these raises in 3-4 months with a few concessions…. Yes, we conceded ****, FU NC and their followers…. Our best hope is the merger goes through now. For you guys, I hope you concede nothing and gain everything! Good luck.
