Makes sense. F9 was in a horrid spot prior to 2019. The last contract was a **** poor job of getting all the old guys to vote yes and screw over the young guys in the process and that is the reason for such a dramatic change in pay towards the top end of the scale.
Meanwhile, there are new contracts being voted on now and it is no surprise that being last in line shows us with the worst comp compared to anyone else right now.

The republic acquisition put us a cycle behind and basically operating under a bankrupt contract for 9 of those years. Last in last out of bankruptcy. If you were to go back to 911 I’d be willing to bet f9 is mid pack on the % increases.
