I have a CJO for F9. I am homebased at my current airline. I live about 2 hours from DEN. My ultimate goal is DEN based with 3-4 day trips. I am mostly looking at United and Frontier as options (I like the Airbus and Southwest doesn't give me the opportunity to fly it). I am looking for input on QOL in DEN and available trips, and overall DEN base QOL.
Should I take this F9 CJO or hold out for an opportunity at United? Will F9 give me what I am looking for.
Upgrade and overall pay are not my main concerns. And I am not really interested in jumping ship after 6 months, I am looking to put down roots with an airline.

United would definitely be the choice, but I wouldn’t pass up a current cjo in hand from F9 if you don’t have anything from United. Not a ton of 3-4 day trips but you can stack 2-3 days together to make bigger blocks. Just need a hotel or place to stay in between. Not ideal but doable. Also, that’s just how things are now…these things are constantly changing. Good luck.

Absolutely. Come to F9, and then go United as soon as you get the CJO from them.

Honestly, you coming here and leaving soon after is in every other F9 pilots favor. That's our leverage these days, and I'm all for it.
Worse case, something happens and you have to stay at F9 for longer than you thought, and that's really not the worst thing to happen.

March Denver trips:
418 two day trips
164 three day trips
220 one day trips
2 four day trips
I also wonder how many of those three day trips are actually two days that get in after midnight. The future at Frontier certainly seems to be one and two day trips.
I'd look real hard a the $50k "bonus" before accepting a job here if you want to move on to United and get those 3-4 day trips.
