Application rejected…

I got the thanks but no thanks from Frontier today citing my lack of ATP (which I’ve had since 2004)… I reviewed my application and all looks normal to me (ie it shows my ATP number and correct date… does anyone have a recommendation for me to contact HR to sort this out?
thanks..

HR will likely be zero help.

Wait for a real airline to call.
If you really want to pursue this place, I'd reach out to anyone that'll listen, LinkedIn, FB, any and all emails you can find. Someone might be able to get something for you.

Give it to some friends you know at airlines to proof for you, 3-4 works well. They'll help you find things you missed. Hire a resume/application review company to go over your app. Plenty of good ones out there just search here on APC.
Yeah this, Curious as to why frontier? Are you not current?
Never, ever print out anything - redacted or not - and send it to some anon or post it on a web board. Hire a reputable app review company, well worth the $$.

Agree with everything but in particular this part. Find a pro and pay the dough. Don’t let a piece of paper come between you and 100k per year for any airline career.

I used ReadySetTakeoff for my application review -- I echo the suggestions to use a company for review. This whole process is a lot of pay-to-play (opinion only). If you want to try to clean up your app and try again, the only email I can think of is the pilotcareers (flyfrontier dot com) one.
You also may want to scour the Delta forums under the "new hiring process" thread and other similar topics. There are a good number of posts about the airlineapps website and application errors/kickbacks that may be applicable.
