It was sent by the union not management.

nobody is buying Frontier.
Dont have to “own” anything to be of value. We have rights to airplanes which currently is very valuable. We generate cash flow which is valuable. In fact, we are currently valued at 1.66B per our market cap. So “owning” anything is meaningless.

Market cap has nothing to do with "cash flow."

depends on what the goal is. Indigo's goal is to generate cash flow, enough to cover expenses and a bit of extra to make them money. If SWA wants to buy something, this set up is of no value to them. It's all debt, no assets w/o the capability to quickly fold that cash flow into thier operations.

I'd be real careful about hoping for a merger with WN. They aren't ALPA, they're SWAPA. Spirit was ALPA. Big difference when it came to a merger. WN doesn't subscribe to the ALPA SLI policy of "Career expectations, longevity, and status and category".

Sure, they can't staple. But, there's no guarantee of any sort of fair integration. You might lose a lot of seniority.

And those guys at WN are probably some serious pipe hitters over there, with experience I'd add (AirTran).

Guarantee, they'd run circles around F9.

According to some "legacy" SWA dudes I know, their union has some serious "lessons learned" post-AirTran merger. Many of it in the "never again" column.

You can absolutely guarantee that SWA pilots will get the best seat on the, uh, bus, if a merger happened with F9.

And, by "regional" you mean Allegiant, right?
