My guess:

F9 airbuses remain with F9 guys/girls. Doubt they will want to deal with seniority list integration and the costs of training involved.

Lynx remains the same as long as it is more profitable than replacing the T-props with Chautauqua ( as was done with YX and Skywest ) so there is a 50/50 there... scary stuff...

But you can count on 190's for F9 and Mokulele... and flown by RAH pilots on that subpar contract, until a new one is negotiated.

From the Scope section (1.D) of the CHQ 2003 pilot contract...the thing they gave up so much negotiating capital in 2003 to obtain so all RAH flying would be on a single pilot list.

Career expectations will be taken into account during the inevitable arbitration though; they were when RAH and Shuttle America pilot lists were merged back in 2005.

The F9 guys need to be very careful because knowing the Reverend he'd get rid of everything involving Frontier except the name (aka midwest).

good luck F9 guys/gals

If I profess to be a good christian man does that mean I get to hose everyone in business dealings too?

I was talking about RAH's contract.

Most airlines own half of their planes. So lets guess that Frontier owns 35 Airbus.... If they sell them at lets say 20 million a piece, which is a huge discount, thats $700 million. I would say thats a nice return on a $108 million dollar investment. Anything is possible. Look at Southwest and ATA. They bought ATA for under 10 million i think, sold off everything, made a nice profit, and kept their slots and routes.

3. In the event of a merger of airline operations between the Company
and another air carrier the Company will require, as a condition of
any such operational merger that provisions be included requiring
that the surviving carrier shall provide for fair and equitable
integration of the pre-merger pilots’ seniority lists in accordance
with Articles 3 and 13 of the Allegheny Mohawk LPPs.

I dont have a copy of my old RAH contract but I believe it explicitly states that any aircraft owned by RAH or any sub MUST be flown by pilots on the RAH master seniority list. Some sort of integration would have to take place if the current CBA remains in force. IF the union signs a side letter for this ...then all bets are off.

Bedford has made no bones about it.... he wants to be a big plane airline.... I suggest to you that with control of Frontier and Midwest...he is expecting to lose some of his feed through BK and cut backs.... Five years from now 175s will be his small aircraft and RAH will have been transformed from a contractor to an airline holding company with one, two or three mainline size airline companies.

If anyone thinks Bedford is going to sit around and have RAH whither on the vine they are mistaken. the key will be for ALL the pilots at RAH and FRONTIER to work for better pay and work rules.

Exactly! I lived through the gojet/transstates deal gone wrong and I agree. As much as this sucks for the entire industry and mainly the F9 folks, we must work together and come to terms with reality and work for industry leading rates!

Well RAH guys, now you'll have E190s AND A319/A320s on property so I think JB rates + 3% is your starting point. Anything less then JB rates is a disgrace to the industry. You OWE this to YX pilots.
