Disappointment in CPO
Every day your pilots are breaking their backs keeping this sinking ship afloat.
Not one single aspect of the operation supports them. FAs are writing pilots up, rampers are walking off the job, gate agents are a revolving door of contract workers, wheelchairs/strollers are non existent, no answer from ops on gate, dispatch is overwhelmed and unable to do their job properly, no catering at most stations, and maintenance is the biggest ******* show I have seen..... ever.
Yet you turn your back on the one group that has any ownership or shred of pride in this company. College educated, passionate, many here 10+ years, and when their not busy patching the holes created by management's inept ability to run an airline, they want to unwind with family (vacation). You have now taken that away from them, and left them with nothing but a feeling of complete abandonment.
Coming from a military background one would think that integrity would be in the vocabulary. However, as soon as mgmt throws a tantrum we are quick to turn our back on the very group we claim to represent.
We could get a Delta contract plus 50 tomorrow, and not a single thing will happen to our operation. Until a management company that actually wants to run an airline takes over, flights will continue to cancel. The moral is at an all time low and not because of the contract, heck we've been doing it this way for 11 years. It's because we are watching this great thing we created get destroyed in front of our very eyes with not one person stepping up to say this has got to stop.
So to all the flight crews out there, thank you for doing what you do. Show unity, help each other, laugh, and say no thanks as the gate agent tries to board you before you read through the 8 MELs you have to look up. And to the CPO, support your crews and gain back their respect!

They don’t have to deal with it. They chose to when they accepted the job of CP with a low-life group like Indigo. If any of them were naive enough to think they could help make it better for the pilot group, they should be disabuse of that notion by now. I have no sympathy for them. They chose their side, and if any of them have any sense of honor they will resign. If they don’t, then I will take that as endorsing the actions of Indigo Group against Frontier pilots.

You’re kidding right?
The CPOs job is to deliver scalps, plain and simple. When Massa says whoop dem field slaves cuz they ain’t picking fast enough, well, they leave the Plantation house, pick up a whip on the way out, calla a Kapo, lash the untermenschen to a pole and start whipping....that’s what they do. Working for Indigo and dingleBarry is either a preplanned pilot career suicide or an intentional act of malice. It’ll drive you to drink, you may even end up nekked in a dumpster, in you birthday suit, or at a Taco Bell flying you willy....our current CPO will do what he’s told to do, nobody in the plantation house wants the blood splatter of whipped slaves on their white suits anyways...capice?
