Hands down, Lori Clark. She gets you in the interviewer's heads. Made my interview a walk in the park.

My experience so far had been stellar. Awesome pilots, straight forward training, and everyone is here to help you. Zero complaints.

Just be ready to stand along side your fellow pilots, because this management team is good at the labor game. (For now)

Bolo, when I'm catching a ride on our planes, I have god priority, but F9 only has about 60 airplanes or so and doesn't go everywhere.

Riding on AA, for example, I quite often find the jumpseat filled by a regional guy, and then I'm behind their baggage handler's girlfriend on the priority list.

My point was that with a smaller network and fewer operating aircraft, the travel benefit at F9 is less valuable, less of a perk. I'm merely making an observation based on my own travel experience as a commuter.

Congrats on the invite. They had a great group of guys there representing the pilots.

I couldn't agree more, I met a bunch of them.

Let me put it this way about how great this pilot group is. I lost my headset (like to use my own instead of the planes), had no name on it, told a few captains about it back when it happened, and figured it was gone for good after a week. I mean how on earth could anyone trace it back to me? It fell out of my bag in the DIA terminal somewhere as I forgot to zip my bag all the way. Then this week after 7 MONTHS, someone put it in my box! I mean wow! Most other pilot groups are not capable of this kind of stuff. Who ever it was, THANK YOU!!!

+1 more for Lori Clark

My Father-in-law flew for AA for over 30 years, and never once did a passenger look him right in the face and say "Bite Me" when he said goodnight and thanked them as they deplaned. Nor was he ever called "walking scum" as he later passed by the same woman at baggage claim on his way to the hotel van. Just sayin'

Was this recent? If so, it's becoming a trend. Had a somewhat similar experience last week.

You're just doing your job. Uncle Barry and friends have made an atrocious work environment, and the pax just blame it on the first person they see.
Disheartening indeed. I'll repeat the mantra: Be ready for the strike, whenever it comes.
