Default Frontier Jumpseat

I was just told that the old way of calling and listing for the jumpseat is no longer used. Something about having to go through a website now.

Anyone know what the new procedure is?

Thanks

Check with your Jumpseat committee. As far as I know only Delta pilots were given a special id90 login to list. For now I think you should still be able to call and list.

I can say with 100% certainty that Delta is not the only one with access. All airlines with an agreement with F9 have access. But yes, check with your JS coordinator for your company's login, it is company specific.

Are you still able to list at the gate?

You can list at the gate with frontier. There's a number you can call to list ahead but you will be on hold for over an hour. The Frontier gate agents in Denver have always been very good to me. I've been told they prefer you to list at the gate. Gate agents at some out stations are not frontier employees which can make listing difficult. If you know the gate agents are outsourced labor I would recommend listing at the ticket counter to give them extra time to figure out how to list you. In my experience American Eagle gate agents/ground workers are the worst and frontier uses them in many locations.

They are NOT accepting phone calls to list for the jumpseat anymore. You have to go through the list tab on the ID90 website.

https://ifc.id90.com/

At Endeavor it's 9Eemp and the password

Check with who ever is in charge of the JS at your airline. I've been doing it this way for months, and it works. It's very useful if you are running late and trying to get on at the last minute.

Not true, at Endeavor we have our own, 9Eemp is ours. I'm guessing yours is DLemp

I use id90travel.com. Login and select "flights". They'll be three tabs in the middle of the page. "Listing tool" tab is the second one. That is the one you want for JS.
