Are all the 700’s with GoJet ADS-B complaint? Has that money been spent for the January 2020 regulatory requirement?

That is sign that GoJet might keep at least 20 of their 25 700’s in United colors. It is my understanding that Mesa hasn’t even started bringing their 20 700’s into compliance with ADS-B.

I just got to IAD haven’t seen it on the aircraft I’ve flown. Definitely a cause for concern.

But knowing JO, he is probably banking on the ADS-B deadline getting extended and coming into compliance last. Bombardier (Airbus) has already warned they won’t get to all aircraft.

Republic never wanted TSA. They only wanted Compass for their 175’s. The deal was for TSH to sell all three (TSA, Compass, GoJet), but Republics business model is a one fleet type operation. They don’t want the 145’s and CRJ’s, so no deal. However, I wouldn’t consider a ‘Compass only’ deal off the table yet. Trends are showing Republic is making moves towards the West. They want to knock Skywest off the top and unless things drastically change industry-wide, it certainly seems that’s likely to happen.
