Pay cuts never stop furloughs. Look at history. Max pay till last day.

Well I guess it was signed after all. The LOA states that the reduction of pay is for the purposes of preventing furloughs, how can you justify your “need” to furlough while you are still hiring? And by hiring I mean someone coming in on payroll for full MMG. If you are interviewed and get a job offer, you have not been hired yet. That being said, No we are not hiring at the moment. Interviewing? Yes. Giving out job offers for whenever? Yes. When would whenever be? No one really knows, it could be soon, it could not.

So in other words your original claim that all “leaves” must be back online before anyone can be hired is patently false. And you’re now trying hard to walk it back through misdirection. Coming through Lima Chuck.

Talking about misdirection. I did not say “leaves” must be back online before anyone can be hired. I said leaves would have to be back, given that the intention of the voluntary leaves was to prevent involuntary furloughs. Your claim however was that GoJet is currently HIRING, which is NOT.

I wish the rest of GoJet pilots knew that :-(

United wanted to cutback Gojet's flying just like every regional.

Mr. K would agree to shutdown the whole operation for the right amount.

Are you saying that “Must have” and “would have” mean exactly the same? If it does, then I apologize, I had a different understanding of it as English is my second language.
