Training footprint a year ago..

You'll do indoc twice. First at GoJet and then again at Flight Safety when you start your systems training. Day 1 is uniform fittings, drug tests and long speeches from management. The rest of indoc is easy, half the tests are open book and most of the subject matter is from your primary flight training. 1 week at Gojet headquarters and another week at Flight Safety where you do it all over again.

Reserve time is up in the air right now. You have guys that have been on reserve 2 years now. But all that could be changing with the planes being added on and more flying.

EWR is the most junior

Upgrade time, again up in the air. Maybe 1000 hours of 121 time by early next year.

First day of indoc, badges, uniform, drug testing, long speeches from managment.

Week 2 systems training at flight safety.

From what I was told.

Current reserve time (2 years) but that’s because of COVID and will change
with the extra planes and added flying and hiring coming to GoJet this year.

Junior Bases EWR STL ORD in that order

Contract Negotiations? Wheels are slowly turning

What you look forward to is an airline that is getting more airplanes as we speak
And more flying staying in May. Hence the hiring. Which means reserve times will go down
Update time will shrink. And some great crews

Training foot print. 8-10 weeks
First week on property; meet and greet with managment. About the company.
Badges, uniforms, etc

Second week. Systems on the CRJ

Thanks for the info. Any words about poolies? Are these classes being filled by just the pool or a mix from OTS?
