Default Timeline from application to Hire

recently applied to GoJet and was wondering how other recent hires timelines have been. From application, to interview, to class date

Applied one evening and got an invite to interview the next day. HR interview was about a week later, followed by the tech portion a few days later. Job offer/class shortly after that. Entire process lasted under a month (about 20 days), for me at least.

Unfortunately the recruiting team is barely responsive, so don’t be surprised if they take a while to get back to you. Their classes are also past June at this point, which may also be contributing to their lack of enthusiasm towards anyone but captain ready applicants

Had a good experience with their recruiting team. Got an invitation to interview about a week after applying (this was mid-December). We scheduled the interview for early January due to the holidays. Technical portion was done a few days after the HR portion, both the HR rep and captain were very friendly and professional. Got the offer the same day after finishing the technical interview. Overall, from application to hire was just under a month. During the HR portion, the rep asked me when I was looking to start class (I said February). Ended up getting put in the Feb 21 class.

I think it really depends on when you applied. Myself and flamingtomatoes applied around the same time in December. Recently, they have become very popular to apply to, since the others are not hiring. This may have contributed to the longer waits, and the filled up and further out class dates that people are experiencing.

I applied on 10/25/22 and got an email back that day to schedule an interview.
Interviewed with HR on 12/16/22 & technical portion on 12/21/22.
They asked 'when can you start' I said the beginning of January.
Got the CJO on 12/22/22 and I accepted the offer. January 30th class start date.

I applied about a week ago CFI 1200 hrs+-, I heard nothing back.. My wife applied yesterday also 1250 cfi and heard back this morning. Her interview is scheduled for April 25th. I would assume most of the regionals are pushing new start dates to summer to fall of 23
