Interview is pretty much a personality interview. Quick 25 min interview about yourself. No written, no sim ride. I had no technical questions. There's going to be quick upgrades there if you have enough turbine and total time. Their Delta flying will start January or February of next year.A regional is going to be a regional no matter where you decide to go. Good luck on your interview. There's always going to be negativity anywhere you go.

No going to Gojets will not hinder your chances of working for a Major someday. You may have problems JS, but most I know there say they don’t. How long is the new contract with Delta? I wouldn’t count on it being renewed! This isn’t 2009, and many better regionals are hiring.

Mod Note:

I really ought to have my head examined by a professional, but I am going to let this thread go a bit longer. I will also continue to delete posts that have nothing to do with the original question which was about the interview. Like everyone else around here, I've heard all the stories about why someone should not go to Go Jet. We get it already. There is absolutely no reason to keep yammering on about it, just as there is no reason to bring up the "scab" word. [Nobody has done that yet, but some dumbass will soon I'm sure].

As I said many times previously, users who choose to use "scab" inappropriately will be banned. If after this admonition, people still want to post anything but the interview, you will go on that all expense paid 3 day vacation away from your computer. It'll do you good, trust me.

If you really feel compelled to "help" people who want to join Go Jet by telling them these horror stories about jumpseats and all, I urge you to send them a PM instead. Let me know if you don't know how to send PMs. It's easy. So easy an airline pilot can do it.

Seriously? There's no point in leaving this thread open. Just save yourself and Tony and the rest of the mods the headache and put it to bed. GoJet is too volatile a subject to be discussed rationally, and even when we try to state facts, pro-GoJetters jump in and try to rewrite history.

Is it really strange ??? It shouldn't be to hard to realize you think twice about seeking GOJET as a employer. I think it is obvious with this thread, and every other GOJET thread in these forums.

It looks like you fly for a regional too? I am sure there are many people that can come up with many reasons to "think twice" about being employed at your regional.

The guy wanted interview gouge........not yours, mine or anyone else's opinion about being employed at GoJet.

Mod I personally want to hear all the flame. How can prospects make an informed decision without hear the true feelings of all pilots. I personly think going to GoJets wouldn't hamper your career however it would be hard to hold your head up high in the terminal. I have a few friends that claim they throw them off if they find out their GoJets. I thinks its juvenile. I think anyone who goes needs to have thick skin to deal with the embarrassment you may get when trying to catch a ride.
