What part of the CBA would it violate to leave these guys as CQFO's? Also I had never heard that term before now.

Its a blended rate. Regardless on what seat you are in.

Left after day 1. Wouldn't quite say I washed out unless I failed the test on how to put my jepps in my binders. I saw what that place was about. And as far as PRIA goes...That was almost 5 years ago so its coming up on not mattering and regardless, I haven't had a problem getting interviews/a job with it in my background. Enough of the other airlines know what type of place gojet is and they don't really put too much weight on that. people at expressjet were very adamant about that.

the only things he chose were to interview at gojet, accept the job, pick a class date, and show up.

his departure wasn't a choice - it was forced b/c DMB verbally bashed the company within ear shot of management.

it's unfortunate. those hired in 2007 are relatively senior line holders as captains. being fired from G7 was a mistake that him cost well over $100K in compensation, not to mention an adequate amount of PIC turbine logged.
