He's an IOE Checkairman, I'm sure his numbers are accurate. Remember some people are doing 50-60+ hours of IOE...

I find it interesting that the attrition is at the FO level and not the CA.

So 60 hour guarantee until you're through IOE? Sounds like a paid month off between sims and the line then.....

Basically. Then 75 hours min guarantee after IOE. I am told you have to watch your paychecks for accuracy... seems that's the industry status quo at least for the majority of regional airlines

So long as they're leaving for LCCs, Legacies, etc, I don't see it as a bad thing.

How many have gone on to Emirates? I know the 700 is above their weight requirement.

Of course not. Like I said in an earlier post, GoJet with a great union and solid contract would be a great place to work. The schedulers are nice, and the crews are great to work with. Even some people in management aren't that bad.

I can confirm that there will be classes is in May and June. However, they will be small classes just to cover attrition. See you on the line!
