Gallaghers on Fleet Street in Dublin has some damn good boxty. The Dublin Coddle and homemade dumplings are also fantastic.

Murphy's is totally different than Guiness, so if you want your food to be bit more smokey flavored, go with the Murphy's.

I'd have to agree with dojet on this one...Guinness. And maybe throw some real food in there every so often...for the strength to hold down more Guinness...it's like a cycle.
