Default Old Man Sports Leagues

Kind of an off the wall question, but does anyone participate in any type of adult sports leagues (soccer, softball, flag football, etc.), or are airline schedules just too unpredictable that it really isn't feasible?

I imagine most of these leagues have set evenings for practices/games that you're just not going to be able to make regularly.

I know some people who do. With some seniority, you can have a fairly consistent schedule if you want.

Also most adult leagues have to have at least some flexibility, since even non-pilot adults have jobs, girlfriends/spouses, and kids.
