Default Jobs during free time

If I manage to pass my flight safety bit I'll most likely be forced to work out of columbus, OH however I was thinking about maybe just staying in texas. what jobs would you do durying your free time that allows a little flexibility? Is insurance one you could always swing? I've heard realistate but I wouldn't know my arse from a hole in the ground with that and personally don't know how good I'd look in a green sportscoat. If I live on the water I might fishguide but that's still up in the air.

Prostitution works sometimes. It all depends on how you manage your time.

This is going to sound funny but tutoring...Yes, tutoring! I tutor math, physics and anatomy physiology/biochemistry on occasion and make 50 - 70 per hour. It's extremely flexible hours and great pay! You wouldn't believe how many parents want their kids to have a tutor. I advertised on craigslist and got 4 responses in the first week and it grew after that. Just tutoring basic math and sciences will get you at least 40 - 50 per hour.

Ive been doing website management/updating and computer course design for a company when I'm not in the air.... sadly, it pays more than the flying...

Pick up open time...if you're going to be working on your off days, you might as well be building more hours.

P.S. Good luck during the sim.

You could always be a substitute teacher. I had some pretty worthless ones when I was in school, so the criteria can't be that high.
