It's not a 29yo congress woman that is constantly portrayed as the "fresh face" of the Democrats, she's just a tool that the "giant government" alignment of most of the media, most of the democrats will use to raise money and convince as many as possible to surrender all sovereignty over person, family and country going forward.

Many who have read this book know the ending. Giant government, failing economy, failing society, still warming earth, a few politicians who enjoy the exclusive right to all wealth and privilege.

Climate change??? The climate always changes. In multidecade/multicentury cycles.
This isn't the first time we've had a multidecade warming trend and it won't be the last. It will be followed by a cooling trend. In fact, the raw data suggests that 2016 was peak temperature for this cycle.

It takes quite a while for the planet to reverse global temperature trends because the oceans are the world's heat sink. As the ocean cools, the drop in temperature will be more obvious - enough so that even so-called climate scientists will have to acknowledge it.

I say so-called because climate 'science' is the first science that I know of that has altered raw data. I guess they use a different scientific method than I learned in school. When the data didn't fit the hypothesis, I was told that the hypothesis was invalid and needed to be changed. In climate science, one just adjusts data to 'smooth' it to the point that the past has been cooled and the current has been warmed. Viola - CAGW (catastrophic anthrogenic global warming) theory's now validated! … like there weren't enough smoking guns that it's a big con in the East Anglia emails.

The day that all of these people who are so concerned about CO2 emissions turn their private planes and yachts (I'm talking to you and your buddies, Leo) into scrap so that they can't burn any more fossil fuel, I'll stop saying that this is all one big con. Until then, I view this as a scam (designed to raise a ton of tax dollars) that preys on the same people who fell for bitcoin.

There is so much wrong in this, I can't even begin to refute. If the vast majority of scientists are intentionally falsifying results (for no personal gain, by the way), it will be the single largest conspiracy in world history.

Oh man, you should tell those climate scientists that the climate has always changed. They definitely haven’t accounted for that in their research. This changes everything, and they need to know.

Scientists are falsifying results, the end justify the means. Hot topics in science are where the money goes, and the grad students must follow if they want good careers.

Ever hear of government grants, which fund college scientific research? Lose a grant and you’re toast. I’m agnostic on AGW, mostly I look at all the politics and decide every solution involves total government so it’s a political agenda.
