With the data that is produced by well established scientific organizations, it’s just amazing how people disregard them in order to push their own narrative. Our climate is warming up at a dramatic rate, and is clearly linked to our emissions. This is now established fact in the scientific community. Pilots dont have a say in this, just like scientists don’t have a say in how you run your vnav. Now does this mean the sky is falling? Meh, the earth will adjust

That being said CO2 has such a low global warming potential (GWP) that it's labeled a "1" on the scale...as in it's what every other substance is measured up to. Methane actually has a GWP 30x that of CO2, it is a huge problem and raising cattle for food is a huge source of GWP emissions. But no one actually wants to tackle the things that will make a difference.
Honestly, it's kinda infuriating when you look at the data.
