It’s amazing to me that climate nchange deniers don’t think climatologists know and account for background climate change. They just act like “the climate always changes” is some gotcha moment that disproves a mountain of science and nobody ever realized that until AM radio hosts point it out.
And now to the second part of that statement that you and the other reading comprehension challenged folks miss read. I’m for leaving the planet a better place for my children. That means cleaner power, cleaner fuels, recycling and so on and so forth. But you want to cut yourself off at the knees trying to cram emission reduction down the throats of a world that isn’t ready for it yet. Technologically or politically. It’s a practical, step by step process, and not giant leaps in stupidity like transatlantic trains.
And if you really had the courage of your convictions you’d resign your pilot job today. Right the hell now. Otherwise you’re just a hypocrite pumping pollution at high altitude into the atmosphere because darn that paycheck is nice.

The left is standing in the way of the solution that could save us all. Nuclear power, and isobutane refrigerant.

Let's get real. We humans will annihilate this planet one way or another. The focus should be colonizing other planets.
Then we can begin destroying the next rock. Turns out the aliens coming to destroy in all those sci fi movies are us!

It is very easy to support a policy that promises nothing but sunshine if you know it won't pass and therefore don't have to implement it.

Humans didn’t evolve for space travel, we aren’t going anywhere, unless we become robots.

and then he/she goes on to deny anthropogenic climate change:
A couple things you might need to learn outside of pundit shows: 1)global cooling was never widely accepted among scientists. Warming temps are accepted. 2) the shift to “climate change” is mostly a way to dissuade idiots from thinking that cold weather disproves climate trends. 3) the natural changes in solar radiation intensity are already accounted for in climate research...research that pretty clearly demonstrates anthropogenic climate change.
Big changes take big ideas and long term thinking.
Why are you using red herrings like transatlantic trains that literally nobody has proposed?
I can’t even express to you how aggressively my eyes are rolling at this dumb **** comment.
I say that because the climate change group has been beating the drum for global cooling, then global warming and now just global climate change since it’s easier to say something changed and therefore we caused it. Bright ball of fire in sky has far more to do with climate change than man.
