single or married?
kids or no kids?
do you prefer suburbia or more of a city feel?
are you 55+?

Not 55+ yet but like the feel of those communities. Looking for a safe quiet area without a long a commute from further north.

I cannot speak from much experience as I live in the chaos that is the beach area lol

Lots of great places. Others not so much.
Miami Lakes is great if you’ve got a family. Like Coral Gables, but smaller.
Miami Springs just north of MIA is a great little neighborhood.
Kendall is nice.
Miami Shores is up and coming, lots of great little spots there.
I’ve been in Dade County for some six years now. Still don’t like it, but it’s starting to grow on me. Like, a lot.
Granted, if you move up a few miles into Broward county, your taxes and insurance drops precipitously, but if you want to stay close to MIA traffic starts to suuuuck...
