If you want high res Level II RADAR you can pay a small fee for WeatherTap: https://www.weathertap.com/mobile

For quick and dirty RADAR I use an app called Radar Now.

For forecasting I use Wunderground

For winds aloft I use www.Windy.com


And of course for all official wx usage I use AviationWeather.gov
