Anchorage Alaska in a Grumman goose. Highly recommend. Experienced instructor and the owner is a great guy.

You’re pretty much limited to here or the Goose in Alaska that 9mikemike mentioned. I did mine at waterwings and had a great experience. You’ll need to have your SES going into it though. If you don’t already have it, he also has a Husky amphib that you could knock it out in prior to moving to the Widgeon.
