Off the top of my head, I can name several A300/310 rudder/vert stab structural failures:

-AA @ NTC in 2001 (vertical stab & rudder fell off, no survivors)
-Air Transat over the caribbean a couple years later (rudder fell off in cruise, landed safely)
-FDX found a severe delamination during a Mx check. That airplane wouldn't have lasted for long supposedly.

Any others?
