Two words.
Your diet.
Seriously. Go on-line and find an insulin tracker app that you like (lots to choose from), that communicates with a patch (find them at Amazon, they last two weeks or so) which will monitor your insulin levels. Easy fix to plan, harder - but do-able - to execute. IF this is the problem (insulin raging out of control) it is easy to manage, and will (if caught even a little bit ahead of time) could keep you from Type 2 diabetes, AND losing your medical.
Good Luck

I agree with several of the other people posting, regarding seeing a doctor and etc. Hyperhidrosis can be a pretty common problem, especially in your feet. Your derm or other doctor can prescribe strong antiperspirants that can help.

I really like these:

Keep your feet warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s hot.

I'm not sure but I think you're talking about Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM). Freestyle Libre and Dexcom are the most popular. The Libre is doable even without insurance but some models don't have alarms.
I flew with Type 2 diabetes for about 12 years before giving up my medical to go on stronger meds. Now even Type 1 diabetics on insulin can hold a class one medical after jumping thru a lot of hoops and using a CGM.
