People moving machinery should not eat your foot. They're going to pay his medical bills, lost wages, and probably something for residual effects (foot is complicated, probably won't be the same again unless it was just superficial skin damage.

Yes it's a good idea to watch where you're going but that kind of machinery needs to be safe... not everybody who uses it is an able-bodied adult.

I will tease Kenny when I see him though.

I read your comment then watched the video. I’d hardly say that was his priority. How long should he have let it sit there?

It's lucky it was a pilot wearing a leather shoe. Had it been a child or even a woman they might have lost their foot.
