If true, there needs to be an accounting.
I cannot begin to imagine a (legit) reason why a currently serving military officer and former congressperson would be put on any sort of TSA list.

Don't let it get lost that she is in fact suing over this so it is very real regardless from which news source it comes from.

I don't seek news at this outfit. It's one of the only places this lawsuit has been published. That's more of an indictment of how crappy "mainstream" media is these days.

And yet, you went to the web site. And linked it. Go figure.
Flypaper and mousetraps are baited to attract the rodentia and insects that flock to them.
That "mainstream" outlets didn't perepetuate lies and trash is an "indictment?" I do not think that word means what you think it means.
Anybody can sue anybody over anything, real, perceived, or otherwise. Anybody can accuse anybody of anything. It's an election year. We live in a world of "alternate facts" (lies, if you don't understand), made "mainstream" and the bedrock of the previous administration. We also live in a world of slathering adherents to conspiracy theories.
As for Gabbard, let's face it; she's a posterchild of fox news and a was a darling of the tucker show, going so far as to host it. (carlson, a bastion of accurate, credible intelligence and fine reporting, evidenced by his cancellation and getting his boss sued for three quarters of a billion--for promoting debunked conspiracy theory).

oh good God, you didn't refute anything in the article so who is the conspiracy theorist now? All I did was submit proof that it wasn't some made up claim. I didn't say a damn thing about Fox either yet you go on a diatribe about them. Get a grip and a life, dude or dudette. You don't have any moral authority here.

False. Critizing the government is not the same as "inciting violence" -- speech is protected and unless she is using specific action words instructing people to become violence, then she isn't "inciting violence" .... lists like this are unconstitutional (and so is TSA for that matter)
