High School Research project
Good Morning! My name is Michael Velasco, I am a senior at NeoCity Academy located in Kissimmee, Fl. I was hoping to gather some participants on this forum for a survey for my AP research class. This paper will be studying the correlation between a pilots drinking/smoking habits and their overall job satisfaction.
For all those who would like to help and participate in this survey- In the Google doc before the survey is taken there is a simple consent form that assures you that all the information gathered in this survey will be kept COMPLETELY confidential. No names, emails, or other information regarding the identity of the responses will be shared with the data in the final research paper!

can impair the ability to pass the FAA first class physical. Without a physical, you can't work. No work means no income. Also, career professional pilots are subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Even just a whiff of impropriety will derail a pilots career.
A professional pilot interested in maximizing their potential might be best served by severely limiting drinking/smoking habits.
