That's hilarious! Well at least they're honest. LOL. My favorite part was:
Surface: dirt, in poor condition
ROUGH; DEBRIS FULL LENGTH OF RY; BROKEN BOTTLES & FIREWORKS DEBRIS.
Is it really easier to list the broken bottles and fireworks debris as a permanent feature than it is to clean them up? Priceless.
