I believe that when these things happen that we, as pilots, should give as much benefit of the doubt as we can to each other. We all know that $hit sometimes happens in the cockpit and I think (hope) very few of us intend to do stupid things that get us killed (although I do know of two pilots who are like this and WILL kill themselves and others eventually). I think you would hope for that same respect if it were you who died that day. That's all I meant.
