If shes relying in the school to find her a job a 100% she must be crazy! but I see how this could apply to pilot puppy mills.

The "implied" job assistance guarantee is what rickair is referring to, I would suspect.

Trouble is, there are kids coming out of college now with zero experience and they are going up against someone, not only with experience, but a comparable degree as well. Tough time to be looking for work.

It could set legal precedence, so a student out of flight school who cant find a job, now could sue the school citing this case as a similar example.
