Default Van heusen aviator shirt?

My new shirts have a seem to have a slight color tint (blueish). The shirts also have a stain water resistance coating. They were not like this years ago

Is there a better White inexpensive shirt.

I strongly dislike the Van Heusen Aviator shirts. The Van Heusen Commander shirts, on the other hand, I really like. They're only a couple bucks more than the Aviator, generally, but a much better shirt.

x2

Except the tails are not very long, so they don't stay tucked in well. Might be OK if your body is sized the way they tailor them.

It would be nice to buy a pilot shirt, NOT made in China.

I wore the Van Heusen shirts for 2 years and then got the Murphy and Hartelius ones. I never realized what crap quality the Van Heusen ones were until I got the M & H. I've also noticed this color tint, some are pinkish, some are blueish. Hang them next to the M & H shirts which are true white, and this difference will be especially obvious. Also the fabric has gone thin in some spots and pilling in other spots. Although I think M & H customer service sucks, their shirts are fantastic - the cut, style, texture (more cotton than polyester) are all better than the VH. and they have that yoke thing (?) in the back of the shirt - VH ones don't have any.
it was only a few dollars more than the crappy ones.

Elbeco Jetstream here: Elbeco - Uniforms Jetstream™ Shirts

For a uniform shirt, I prefer a lower cotton content because the fabric doesn't wrinkle like 100% cotton. The Elbeco shirt tapered cut has a about a 9" cut from the shoulders to the waist and is a true "athletic" fit.

I would like a 9" cut from waist to shoulders and a true "beer belly" fit.
