Default Question about selling a C-310R POH...

Hey, everyone. I'm going to sell a whole bunch of my old flight books and POH's from my flight instructing days. I'm a little confused about what price I should list one POH, though. I have a POH for a 1978 Cessna 310R. I bought the manual in 1995. I don't remember how much I paid. I was looking around the internet for the same manual and I found two companies who are selling the POH, new, for 180 to 230 dollars!! I couldn't believe it! I don't remember paying this much for my manual. Mine is in pretty good shape, but is the thing really worth that much money? I don't want to list the book for too cheap and lose out on some money, but 200 dollars seems kinda crazy. What do you guys think?

Did you check Esscoaircraft and AircraftSpruce and see what they are getting? Also, is it complete and in good condition? Looks like prices are pretty steep some of the 310R books.

Ya, I checked Esscoaircraft. They have it for $186.00. I didn't find it on Aircraft Spruce.

The last revisions were in 1984. I bought it new in 1995, so I'm assuming it's all up to date.

Well I think an original would be worth a tad less than a new-old stock POH, since these books are not collectors items. I am thinking $150 and they pay the shipping. Maybe since they keep their value so well we should skip buying gold coins and just buy Cessna 310 POHs. I wonder if they would do as well buried under the garage though.

Is it a PIM or a POH? A POH you can write the serial number in and go fly. A PIM is not updated and you can't write the serial number and go fly with it.

I was wondering the same thing. My copy says "Pilot Operating Handbook" on the outside and it's in a three ring binder. I have no idea how to figure out if there have been any revisions since I bought it in 1995. I'd be very surprised if there were revisions since there were none issued from 1984 to 1995.
