Default RIP Ronnie James Dio

Ronnie James Dio Dead at 67

Wow, I grew up listening to Black Sabbath and Dio. Wish I had the chance to see him perform live, I hear his performances were legendary. For all you metal fans out there, it's time to break out the old records and crank up "Holy Diver" and "Rainbow in the Dark" one last time! RIP Dio!

I'd figure being from OK you'd like 2 types of music. Country, and western

I had to break up the Statler Brothers (Class of '57 being my favorite) and C.W. McCall (Black Bear Road) with something didn't I?

A true legend that will be missed.

Saw him at the Long Beach Arena in 1988. Was a great show.
Back in the day, KNAC 105.5 FM ruled metal on the radio in Los Angeles and played him often.
