If you park in the South Mohave employee lot, the bus ride to the airport is about 7 minutes once the bus leaves the lot to the departures curb where it drops you off. Add about another 5-7 minutes for waiting for the bus and other lot stops.
Plan on parking your car in the lot about 45 minutes prior to when you want to be at the gate. Gives you about a 15 minute buffer.

If you are in the East Economy lot in the garage then it takes about 10 minutes to leave the garage, go through the lot and get to the exit. It is about 6 minutes from the lot exit to Terminal 4 with all the construction. I usually get on the last stop after walking down the stairs in the garage so I don't have to do the ride through the lot.
