She's 47 and I'm 28 so I was trying out this whole older woman, younger guy, but it doesn't work.
Oedipus, Schmededipus. What does it matter? As long as he loves his mother.

Psst.... thanks for the laughs though. This has been a great thread.

My problem was that I failed to bail out when I first saw signs of a catastrophe, so it's kicking me hard. I am living with her and no I will not put pics up, she's not ugly but..... ahhemm. She's 47 and I'm 28 so I was trying out this whole older woman, younger guy, but it doesn't work. I'm working on getting out soon, but I do have plans. Might go stay in my dad's place, seeming how he's gone most of the month with Kalitta. Don't have to mention it, but I knew I'd NEVER put a ring on it, not with her personality and what I want to do for a living. Then her crazy sister has tried to convince me to write a letter asking for written verification of employment. Might as well rob the guy.

I called the CP on Tuesday, but he's gone for the week. The guy that I talked to said that everything is hectic and they're trying to get students organized and settled in, so maybe he's just been really busy. I have been looking for other jobs and had an interview with FIT on Tuesday. Seems though that I might be starting at the place I was hired at, but I do have back up plans in the works.

I already told her that if her actions had caused me to loose the job, I'll be gone, no comments or questions, just pack up my things and leave.
COUGAR ATTACK!!!!! RUN FOR YOU LIVES!!! On a side note, maybe you can hook her up with your Dad?

You need to ask yourself, after something like this. Why is she 47 and single(or not married)?

Is it because she doesn't want to be married? Is it because she had a run in with a bad husband? Or is it because she is stone cold crazy and has had issues with every other man she's come across so they all ditch here in favor of sanity. I'd say go live with your pop ASAP! Don't delay on leaving her. It's only going to make it worse when (ir if) you do leave. People like this have strange ways of trapping people. Don't be that dude!

Even if she didn't cause you to loose this job. That is a line you just don't cross. It makes you look bad, makes her look even worse, and whats going to happen if you get on with Kalitta and she pulls a stunt like this.

Run, run very very fast untill you can't see her anymore, then run some more! And just when you think you're out of reach, run for a few more days!

I can see trying to work things out if she was younger and just not particularly smart but I can't think of any reason I'd want anything to do with someone that old with so little common sense or self control.
too bad, really. poor judgement on your part, too (but I have BTDT).

Take Sam Kinison's advice on marriage, but since it's against the rules to post a link (the 6-minute video has about 10 profane words in it, NSFW.... but did I need to tell you a Sam Kinison video is NSFW?), I'll just tell you to go youtube and do a search for "Sam Kinison on marriage".

Very funny and good advice

I guess I deserve all the teasing. It was fun dating her when we first starting seeing each other, but it's changed for the worse.
I'm going to give the flight school I was hired with 3 weeks to see if I will start. After then, I'm leaving. It's timing from when my Dad will be home from the next trip. I'd try to hook him up, but he's busy with his other girlfriends.
