If I was a CEO at any one of these companies I,d be paying less attention to minutia and more attention to rebuilding my airlines tarnished image .
Been lots of people who worked at these companies over the years to build them into something to be proud of and the clueless pencil pushers come in and could give a damn less about employee morale and the effects it has on customer service.
