Milan Tailors - See Albert
I have used Albert for many years. The suits are high quality and wear like iron. I have some suits that are 4 years old and I wear them ALOT, they look and feel brand new.
If you happen in Shanghai though, you can get far better pricing in Shanghai for about 80 - 90% of the quality. The Shanghai suits are a little less quality (not much different), but the pricing is much lower.
Either way - below are scans of the business cards for the tailor I use in Hong Kong and the tailor I use in Shanghai.
PS - Albert does leather coats, etc as well. He does not do custom dress shoes, but can take you to a nearby shop that does really nice tailored dress shoes.
Hope this helps -

Hong Kong is going to be $500 and up most likely.
Very rough numbers of course. But I have gotten pretty decent suits in Shanghai for a little over $100 which of course is the bottom end. The good Hong Kong suits can be pricey! But a very nice suit can be had for $500 or so. If you want the top italian wools, well, you are looking at $2000.
Not sure if that helps, but the price is all about the material and style for the most part.
Again, you will do a LOT better on price in Shanghai and get most of the quality.
A couple of cautions - many of the "cheaper" Hong Kong shops actually take the measurements but have the suits made in Shenzen.
You need to be more careful in Shanghai on quality, but you can get a VERY nice suit in Shanghai at the right shops.
