If your company doesn't give you business cards, you don't need 'em.

"Pilot" sounds a little too short, but is that what most people go by? Some other ideas are "first officer" or "jet pilot" but I'm not too sure of those either. If you have a business card with a cool sounding title, I'd love to hear them. "Captain" or "Embraer Captain" sounds good, but unfortunately, I'm still an F/O... So what do people put down?
I think what you really want is a "calling card," not a business card. Calling cards typically show your name and contact information, and are used in social settings rather than business settings. For example, you might meet another pilot who has a common interest, and you might give him/her your calling card in order to stay in touch.

By contrast, a business card would typically show your name, title, and employer, as well as your company phone number, company mailing address, and company email address. Business cards are usually only given to others when you are conducting the business of your employer, say when you are shopping services for your company's jet (if you are a corporate pilot) or when you are attending a meeting where you are representing your airline.

Crane & Co. prints calling cards, and the examples shown on their web site illustrate the type of information typically included. Generally, your calling card wouldn't include your official title (such as "Pilot" or "SIC") but tongue-in-cheek titles such as "High Speed Aluminum Tube Operator" are OK.

You can find more info by Googling "etiquette calling card" and "etiquette business card."

A card can be useful for networking, especially if you have not reached your career destination airline job yet or will never do so (corporate pilots).

Since the target audience is other pilots, keep it very simple. Title should be as understated as possible.

Pilot (true)
Captain (legit title at an airline)
Airline Transport Pilot (legit qualification)

Nothing like "jet pilot", "turbojet pilot", or "airline pilot"...you never know who you'll offend.

Corporate PIC's aren't captains?

They are good for networking but the main reason I want to get some is to hand out for possible referrals to pilots that I meet that are still training/time building.
