Deep vein thrombosis on the longer haul guys. Had two guys get it on my category last year. One returned and one could not. Back problems are prevalent as well.

Back injuries related to flight bag storage, especially if you're toting LIDO plates! I really hated those!

Standing up, moving and stretching and even light yoga every couple of hours does wonders.

I pulled a muscle in my back once while being a freight dog loading cancelled checks. Couldn't hardly get in/out of the plane, but was fine once in. I swear they loaded those bags with bricks for what they weighed. Luckily I had a "trainee" with me for a few weeks and he did the lifting.
